Customers must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving a product to qualify for store credit or exchange. This policy is critical for maintaining product integrity and safety standards.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns due to change of mind, provided:
- The return request is received within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- The item is returned in its original blister packaging, unopened, and in resellable condition.
- All original packaging, seals, and documentation must be intact.
Return Processing:
- Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs).
- Customers will be notified via email once the return process is completed.
1.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive the returned item for a warranty claim, we will process it within 7 business days. If the claim is approved, customers can choose from:
- Store credit for a future purchase (excluding shipping costs)
- A replacement item (subject to availability)

3. Return Conditions
Critical Requirements:
- Returned products must be unopened and in their original condition.
- Blister pack seals must remain intact for a refund to be issued.
- Original packaging and all documentation must be included.
3.1 Restocking Fee
A 35% restocking fee applies to qualified returns. VipeRx reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for questionable returns.
3.2 Inspection Process
All items are inspected and securely packed before shipment. Returned items undergo thorough inspection to ensure they meet return criteria.
4. Exclusions
4.1 Non-Returnable Items
- Free samples (excluded from refunds or exchanges)
- Discounted or sale items (special conditions may apply)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Items returned after the 7-day window
4.2 Shipping Responsibility
We do not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe return shipping and providing tracking information.
We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. We recommend using insured shipping services for valuable returns.
5. Shipping Insurance for Returns
Insurance Recommendations:
- Insured Returns: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for return packages.
- Customer Responsibility: If you decline shipping insurance for returns, you accept full responsibility for the package during transit.
- Lost Returns: VipeRx is not responsible for returns lost in transit without insurance.

- Inspection Period: 3-7 business days after receipt
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
